Report on Black-Listed Clients

The report on black-listed clients, displays all black-listed clients at a particular day or during a specified period. 

a list of people or things that are regarded as unacceptable or untrustworthy and should be excluded or avoided

How to view the report on black-listed clients

To view the report on black-listed clients you go to Clients->Black-listed clients. A screen will appear looking as follows:

• Report for a specific date: To have the report for a given date, check the option Report for a specific date and enter the reporting date, e.g., "15/07/2021". To print the report for a given period, uncheck the option Report until date and enter the starting date in the text box Report Date From and the ending date of the period in the text box To.

• Branch Code: Specify the appropriate branch code to view the clients from a specific branch. (For single branch databases this is selected automatically by default).
• Geographical Area: Select the area for which you wish to report or tick the Check for all geographical areas checkbox to include all areas.

Select any other required additional options or use the default selections. For additional information on these options you can refer to Clients Report Formats.

Click on the OK command button to view the report on Blacklisted clients.

N.B:  There is an option to see only "Blacklisted clients" or "Not-Blacklisted Clients"
